2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Darbhanga Sadar P.S. Case No. 240 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 395/397 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the persecution case, the petitioners and other accused persons had taken away a truck loaded with eatables.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 18.01.2023 and their name has come in the confessional statement of a co-accused

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39643 of 2023(3) dt.17-10-2023 2/2 who has been held to be a juvenile and has been released under the Juvenile Justice Act. The petitioners are not accused any other case of similar nature.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail, after framing of charge, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, Bihar in connection with Darbhanga Sadar P.S. Case No. 240 of 2014.

7. The petitioners will also mark attendance in Kurhani, Police Station, Muzaffarpur on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month.
