Petitioner is in jail custody since 25.2.2015 on the accusation that stolen vehicle was recovered from his house. Trial court has reported that not a single prosecution witness could be examined.

Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as stage of the trial, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S.
