Taking into consideration that having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused, namely Sheikh Sikandar has already been granted privilege of bail by this court and moreover, the cause of death of the deceased was said to be septic meningitis, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Tarapur P.S. Case No. 58 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger.
