The petitioner seeks bail in Baniapur P. S. Case No. 80 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused merely on suspicion. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to grudge because he refused to perform some household work of the informant. In the written report ,it is alleged that during course of vehicle checking police intercepted one motorcycle in which two persons were sitting. It is further alleged that petitioner was driving the said motorcycle and another person was sitting as pillion rider.

No.32794 of 2019(2) dt.17-05-2019 2/2 Learned counsel submit that other co-accused of this case has already been granted regular bail by this Court by order dated 8.5.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 30205 of 2019. Petitioner is in custody since 11.3.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M. XI, Chapra, Saran in connection with Baniapur P. S. Case No. 80 of 2019 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
