The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273, 414, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 30A of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioners and there is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks
