The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No.110 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No.638 of 2018 registered for the offence under Section 419, 420 of the IPC and Section 10 of Bihar Conduct Examination Act, 1981.

As per allegation, one Prabhakar Kumar was found taking the examination in place of one Amit Kumar i.e. the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that except the confessional statement of the co-accused against this petitioner, nothing is on record to show the complicity of this petitioner. He further submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Ist, Danapur, Patna in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No.110 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No.638 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
