The petitioner is not named in the FIR of Bihiya P.S.Case No.117 of 2003 under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was never put on test identification parade in spite of being in custody since 19.03.2015 and no recovery was made from him. His own confession is the reason for his incarceration.

Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing personal recognizance bond of Rs.500/- (five hundred) without any surety to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Bhojpur, Arrah in the above noted case. (Dharnidhar Jha, J) B.Kr./- U T
