The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 24 of 2016 registered under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though nothing was seized from exclusive possession of the petitioner, the police have implicated him in a false case by showing recovery of two cartridges from his possession. It is further submitted that the petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 29th January, 2016. Be that as it may, regard being had to the nature of
