2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite party for willful disobedience of the judgment of this Court dated 28.10.2016 passed in CWJC No. 4778 of 2013.
3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party which is taken on record.
4. Learned counsel for the opposite party submits that after grant of opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, who participated in the proceeding, a reasoned order has been passed on 16.04.2018 by
Patna High Court MJC No.703 of 2017 dt.08-08-2018 2/2 which the claim of the petitioner has been rejected and no amount is payable to the petitioner.
5. In the above view of the matter, the contempt petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to agitate against the reasoned order dated 16.04.2018 passed by the opposite party rejecting the claim of the petitioner.
