ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 17-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the appellant and having gone through the judgement we agree with the finding of the learned Single Judge that the nature of interest or damage as being claimed by the appellant will require sifting of facts and, therefore, the learned Single Judge has rightly relegated the appellant to move an appropriate representation before the competent forum in accordance with law.

We, therefore, are not inclined to interfere with the
