Petitioner is an accused in connection with Mahowra P.S. Case No. 598 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 302 and 341 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on merit vide order dated 11.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35438 of 2019. Petitioner is in custody since 17.12.2018.

Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there is no further development in this case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected. However, the trial court is directed to
