JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-09-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P for the State through video conferencing. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
35 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered from the bank of a river Kumhari.
It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioners. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35390 of 2022(2) dt.09-09-2022 2/2 below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge XI, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Udwantnagar P.S.
