JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The trial court has reported that only one doctor and investigating officer have been left to be examined and accordingly, the trial court has sought six months' time for conclusion of trial of the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the informant submits that except the investigating officer, all the witnesses have already been examined.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on bail and hence, their prayer for bail in connection

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30314 of 2015 (4) dt.10-11-2015 2/2 with Sessions Trial No. 19 of 2015/13 of 2015 arising out of Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 259 of 2014 pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-III, Kaimur at Bhabhua stands rejected. However, learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial of the petitioners within three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, failing which the petitioners may renew their prayer for bail before the trial court itself.
