JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased, who is languishing in jail custody since 02-05-2015 and paragraphs-33, 34 etc. of the case diary reveal that there was some altercation between the deceased and her husband. Therefore, considering the aforesaid materials as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 190 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
