PANCHOLI) 20-09-2024 On 1st February, 2024, this Court passed the following order:- "Vide order dated 02.01.2024, this Court has granted four weeks' time to the appellant for removal of the defects as pointed out by the Office. However, till today the appellant has not removed the defects.
