The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 186, 187, 188, 290, 291, 353 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3 of the Epidemic Diseases Act and Section 51(B) of the Disaster Management Act.

It is a case of creating hindrance in discharging the official duties during COVID period.

No.35772 of 2022(2) dt.29-11-2022 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in the present case. Being the member of mob, there is absolutely no specific allegation against the petitioners. All the allegations levelled against the petitioners are general and omnibus. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram connection with Sasaram Town P.S.
