From reading of the earlier order of this Court dated 4.4.2014, it would be apparent that the writ application has already been withdrawn as with regard to the petitioner nos. 2, 4 & 5. Today, learned counsel for the Bihar Education Project has submitted that even the grievance of the petitioner no.1 (Dr. Naresh Kumar Singh) and 3(Smt. Nomita Bhardwaj) stands redressed to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2587 of 2014 (6) dt.02-02-2015 extent that they too had appeared in the examination and have been retained in the service of the Bihar Education Project. That being so, this application on account of subsequent development has become infructuous and is, accordingly, disposed of.
