Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

At an earlier occasion, prayer of petitioner along with others were rejected vide Criminal Miscellaneous Nos.28231 of 2014 with Criminal Miscellaneous No.29810 of 2014 with Criminal Miscellaneous No.28327 of 2014 dated 16.10.2014, out of whom, vide order dated 12.05.2015, petitioners Md. Babar, Md. Afroj and Md. Akbal had already been granted bail vide Criminal Miscellaneous No.13081 of 2015 with Criminal Miscellaneous No.15280 of 2015 (Annexure-2A). The case of petitioner stood on similar footing.

Accordingly, petitioner, Md. Salam is directed to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10288 of 2015 (03) dt.24-06-2015 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-IInd, Khagaria in connection with Sessions Case No.138 of 2014 arising out of Gogri P. S. Case no.07 of 2014.
