Gone through the report submitted by the learned lower Court.
The learned lower Court should have gone through the order dated 26.08.2014 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.33241 of 2013 wherefrom the learned lower Court should have gathered the information that viscera had missed during course of transit by the Chaukidar and on account thereof, there was no question for keeping the file pending awaiting viscera report. The learned lower Court had reported that trial will be concluded within three months. Accordingly, the learned lower Court is directed to proceed with the trial and conclude the same within three months on day to day basis. In any case, the time

So far merit of the case is concerned, the trial is at fag end on account thereof, I do not see it a fit case for reconsideration.
Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
