JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-08-2019 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the authorities be directed to compensate the petitioner for constructing road over his private land. As far as the aforesaid prayer of the petitioner is concerned, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to file claim for compensation before the appropriate authority and in case such claim for compensation is filed, the same shall be decided by the authority expeditiously and in accordance with law.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
