HONOURABLE MR JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 25-09-2023 Heard the parties.
2 Prayer is for the following reliefs:
"(i) for issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction directing the respondents not to give effect/implement the Cabinet Decision dated 07.06.2016 in regard to the petitioners (Accredited Statistical Volunteer) as
Patna High Court CWJC No.4184 of 2018(3) dt.25-09-2023 2/2 far as terminating their panel is concerned and if the recommendation has been acted upon and a letter for terminating the panel of the petitioners have been issued then to issue a writ of certiorari for quashing the said order.
(ii) for issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to allot the petitioners work related to date collection for which purpose the panel was prepared after advertisement and examination and to make payments of the work done by them.
(iii) for further issuance of appropriate writ/order/direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to make payment of monthly fixed emoluments to the petitioners and to subsequently regularize their services on monthly regular salary.
(iv) for any other relief/reliefs to which the petitioners are entitled to."
3 On 15.03.2018, a coordinate Bench of this Court has adjourned the matter to be taken up after disposal of LPA No 535 of 2017.
4 As per website of this Court, the said LPA No 535 of 2017 was dismissed on 17.04.2018.
5 In that view of the matter, no case is made out. 6 This writ petition is dismissed.
