The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner was fleeing away with auto rickshaw of the informant but on chase the petitioner and other accused persons were apprehended.

It is submitted that petitioner is in jail since 17.03.2015. Co-accused, Harish Kumar Vishwakarma has already been enlarged on bail. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
