Pursuant to order dated 11.01.2017, explanation has been submitted by 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Nawada dated 16.01.2017. In the same, he has tendered apology and has sought three months extension of the time fixed by the Court earlier for concluding the trial.

In view of the fact that almost two months have elapsed, and for the reason recorded in the order dated 15.07.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 11962 of 2014, when such prayer was rejected, the Court is not inclined to consider the prayer of bail to the petitioner. In view thereof, the application stands dismissed. However, as the Court below itself has sought

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31286 of 2015 dt.08-03-2017 2/2 extension of three months time under letter dated 16.01.2017, it is directed that the trial be concluded latest by 30th April, 2017 positively, failing which this Court shall be constrained to take a strict view in the matter.

Registry shall communicate the order to the Court below through Fax also latest by tomorrow.
