JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made loaded pistol and one live cartridge are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when petitioner and others had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity. Petitioner does have some criminal antecedent but having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Danapur P.S.Case No. 03 of 2016.
