2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 356, 379, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3 . It is alleged that this petitioner along with other accused persons snatched mobile phone of the informant and others.

4. It is submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name transpired in confessional statement of coaccused who was apprehended on the spot. No looted articles has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner .

Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that there is specific allegation against petitioner is that he along with other co-accused persons snatched the mobile phone of informant. Petitioner has got two criminal antecedents of similar nature .

6. Considering the nature of accusation , criminal antecedent of petitioner and gravity of offence , prayer for prearrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
