The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 409 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The District Programme Officer lodged a case alleging therein that Sri Raghunath Pandit of Inter School, Pakribarawan got admission of 217 candidates on the basis of forged transfer certificates. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The petitioner is Librarian of the school and he did not play any role in the admission of students on the basis of forged certificates. The petitioner is in jail since 13.04.2015.

Having regard to the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
