The petitioner, being the husband, is in custody in connection with Complaint Case No. 348 (c) of 2007 registered under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that out and out false allegation has been made against the petitioner and that he has been in custody since 14.03.2016. 4.

Considering the nature of allegation and the period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
