The dispute involves in this case is for payment of compensation in favour of the person entitled to receive the compensation for acquisition of the land by the Railway Authority for the purpose of dedicated freight Corridor. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is rightful owner of the land acquired to the extent of 13.5 decimal in Plot No. 65 whereas total area of the land of Plot No. 65 is 1897 decimal.

Accordingly, reference has been made by the D.L.O. Aurangabad for adjudication before the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (in short "LARA") Gaya, vide letter No. 221 dated 15.5.2019.
Both the parties submit that the matter is pending before the "LARA" Gaya, for adjudication.
In view of the aforesaid submission, "LARA", Gaya, is directed to decide the case in accordance with law within a period of six months positively.
This writ application is disposed of with aforesaid observation and direction.
