2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 432 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 85, 115(2), 109, 88 and 3(5) of B.N.S. and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner no. 1 who is the husband of the victim along with petitioner no. 2 (his cowife) are alleged of assaulting the victim.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioners have clean

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to surrender and move the court below for regular bail. The court below shall verify the compromise and, if the informant supports the same, the petitioners shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 432 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 / Section 482 of the BNSS. In the event, if the compromise is not found to be genuine or the informant does not support the same, the court below shall pass an appropriate order in accordance with law.
