The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant, husband of deceased, disclosed that when he came to his house he saw his wife burning. He took her to hospital but she died in the way to the hospital. In the way, the wife of the informant, disclosed the name of petitioner and others who set her ablaze after assaulting her.

It is submitted that during the course of investigation it has come that Sheopujan Kol set the deceased ablaze. Similarly situated accused Sheopujan Kol, Bhola Kol, Bhikhari Kol and Sardar Kol have already been enlarged on bail by different bench of this court vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 11536 of 2015,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30423 of 2015 (2) dt.13-08-2015 2/2 13221 of 2015 and 45712 of 2014, Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas Sasaram in Sheosagar (Baddi) P.S.
