1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.
2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 379, 452, 504, 376, 511 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that these petitioners took victim to a bamboo orchard and tried to commit rape upon her.
4. It is submitted that due to long standing land dispute, this case is counter-blast of Korha P.S. Case No. 563 of 2020 which was lodged by the co-accused Bikash Mandal against the father of the informant and others. Police after investigation submitted final form. Petitioners have got clean

5. Learned counsel for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-VII-cum Special Judge, POCSO, Katihar in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 79 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
