The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kadam Kuan P.S. Case No. 12 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the unreasonable and unexplained delay for three days in institution of the FIR after the alleged date of occurrence, the petitioner, who is reported to be a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 10.01.2016, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial
