2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner no. 1 inflicted knife blow on the stomach of informant and petitioner no. 2 assaulted with lathi on the head of informant.
4. It is submitted that due to land dispute between the parties, an altercation took place in which both sides sustained injuries. Present case is counter version of Rajapakar PS Case No. 12 of 2023 which was lodged by petitioner no. 1 against
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35595 of 2023(3) dt.22-08-2023 2/2 informant and others. Petitioner no. 2 and informant are full brother. Petitioner no. 2 has no son and he has only one daughter namely Pooja Rai petitioner no. 1. Petitioners claim clean antecedents.

Considering the backdrop in which the occurrence took place and clean antecedent, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IX, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 20 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
