NATH ORAL ORDER 17-12-2015 This matter has been placed at the instance of the respondents praying for rectification in title page of the judgment dated 14.9.2015 relating to the address of respondent Nos. 15 to 27. It has been submitted by Mr. Pandey, learned Counsel appearing for the respondents, that the address of all these respondent Nos. 15 to 27 has been wrongly mentioned and required to be corrected as given in the memo of appeal, which is Mohalla Gulbi Ghat, Police Station Sultanganj, District Patna. Learned Counsel appearing for the appellant has raised no objection to the prayer.

In that view of the matter, the prayer for rectification in the judgment dated 14.9.2015 is allowed and the title page of the said judgment is modified to the extent that in place of the address of the respondent Nos. 15 to 27 as mentioned in the title page of the judgment, it shall be read, as given in the memo of appeal as "all residents of Mohalla Gulbi Ghat, Police Station Sultanganj, District Patna".
