Petitioner seeks bail in Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No.634 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 399, 402 Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.
It is alleged in the written report that police got information that few persons have assembled to commit dacoity. Five persons were arrested by the police. It is alleged that from possession of the petitioner one foreign pistol loaded with three live cartridges and one mobile were recovered. Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 23.11.2018.
