Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State through video conferencing.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Punaura P.S. Case No. 107 of 2020 registered for offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 307, 353, 153(A), 269 and 270 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, a frenzy mob of two communities were indulged in altercation. When the police party reached there, the FIR named accused persons also attached on police

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and on some allegation, 21 persons have been granted anticipatory bail by the coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 15676 of 2021, vide order dated 20.12.2021.

Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Punaura P.S. Case No. 107 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
