JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-07-2022 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to challenge the final orders dated 9.9.2019 and 4.2.2020, which has been passed by the Circle Officer, Hulasganj, District-Jehanabad, before the appellate authority. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is further directed that in case, the petitioners file appropriate appeal before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.776 of 2021(2) dt.27-07-2022 2/2 appellate authority within a period of four weeks from today, no coercive action shall be taken till the disposal of the appeal.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
