JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-08-2023 This is an application for quashing the order dated 13.12.2013 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Darbhanga passed in Complaint Case No. 2417 of 2012 by which the cognizance has been taken against the petitioners.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36296 of 2023(2) dt.16-08-2023 2/2 the petitioners are quite innocent and they have not committed any offence.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case.

4. Learned counsel for the opposite party has vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner.

5. I have heard both the parties.

6. This application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to raise all the grounds at the stage of framing of charge.
