JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner carries criminal antecedent but in the present case his name was disclosed by Ranjit Kumar Sah, Durga Kumari and Sushila Devi, whose statements were recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C in which they stated that stolen mobile was handed over by the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonepur, Saran in connection with Siwan Rail P.S.Case No.38 of 2013.
