The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 436 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant got up and saw that her house was burning. The informant saw the petitioner standing there. Accused Rina Devi and Kiran Devi were found running away with a gallon in their hand. The grand daughter of informant got burn injuries. It is submitted that nobody saw the petitioner igniting the fire. The case is compromised and the petitioner is in jail since 23.07.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than one year.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30032 of 2015 (2) dt.11-08-2015 2/2 allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Motihari in Dumariyaghat P.S.
