The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 436 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant stated that his mother woke up to take water who saw his shop burning. The informant enquired from the villagers and the petitioner is said to have confessed before the villagers that he had set ablaze the shop.

It is submitted that nobody has come forward to say that the petitioner has made extra judicial confession before the villagers. There is no eye witness of the occurrence. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

No.28961 of 2015 (2) dt.10-08-2015 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Mehandia @ Mahendia P.S.
