Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-307, 379 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The alleged occurrence appears to have taken place due to construction of road on government land and it is stated that this petitioner gave BHUJALI blow, causing injury on the head of the informant, Mukesh Kumar Singh, who appears to have sustained grievous injury on his head but there is nothing on the record to show that the petitioner repeated BHUJALI blow.
