2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

quashing the awarded dated 14.3.2016 passed under "Right to Fair compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 which is amended award dated 31.5.2014 under section 3G of the national Highway Act, 1956 under Gazette notification dated 8.12.2010 without following mandatory requirements under section 24(2) of the RFCTLARR Act, 2013.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be granted liberty to approach the Arbitrator in the matter against the order in question.

4. The respondents have no objection to it.

5. If such petition is preferred before the appropriate authority, he/she shall take into account the fact that the writ petitioner was pending before this Court for almost eight years while deciding the limitation petition.

6. The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
