Taking into consideration that the alleged recovery has been made from the shop of one co-accused, Guddu Kumar and petitioner is said to be associate of aforesaid Guddu Kumar and moreover, one co-accused has already been admitted to bail, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Rajauli P.S.
