The allegation against the petitioner is that he kidnapped the elder brother of the informant. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 29.01.2016. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. The name of the petitioner has figured on the basis of disclosure made by co-accused, namely, Ram Prasad Ram.
