The allegation against the petitioner is that he kidnapped the elder brother of the informant. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 29.01.2016. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. The name of the petitioner has figured on the basis of disclosure made by co-accused, namely, Ram Prasad Ram. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let, above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Samastipur in connection with Pusa P.S.Case No. 87 of 2015.
