====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2024 Heard Mr. Shekhar Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Jagdhar Prasad, learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 12 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, Section 304B IPC was added.

3. From perusal of the report dated 06.02.2024 submitted by the trial court, it appears that the trial is at the stage of defence evidence. I find that the trial is at the verge of conclusion.

4. Taking into consideration the stage of trial, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously well within a period of three months without any further delay.
