JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.
Fifteen liters of country-made liquor has allegedly been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Submission is that petitioner is in custody since 23.10.2016 and has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
