This Court is not required to examine every selection and appointment on every kind of post, which is not even a permanent or a civil post under the State. The disputes of such kind must be resolved within the framework of such guidelines, which is not even available on record for perusal. The petitioner will have to explore the avenues within the framework of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.2448 of 2014 dt.10-02-2015 2/2 guidelines. This Court will not exercise its discretion in such kind of dispute and engagement under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
Writ application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner, as observed above.
