The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant stated that the petitioner scaled over the wall and made an attempt to commit rape with her but on alarm being raised villagers came and apprehended the petitioner inside the house.

It is submitted that the petitioner is in jail for seven months. The petitioner is neighbour of the informant. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail for seven months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28971 of 2015 (2) dt.10-08-2015 2/2 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in Koilwar P.S. Case No. 08/15.
