The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code, section 27 of Arms Act, section 3, 4, 5 of Explosive Substance Act, section 10, 11, 13(i), 13(ii) of U. A. P. Act and under section 17 of C.L.A. Act. The petitioner is, of course, named in the FIR but name of the petitioner and other accused persons are mentioned in the FIR itself on mere suspicion that the petitioner is a member of MCC. Omnibus and general allegation against the petitioner and others is that they kept bombs which were exploded causing death of Sub Inspector and constable of C. R. P. F. Similarly situated accused Indradeo Yadav and Deepak Kumar have already been enlarged on bail and case of the petitioner stands on the same

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32069 of 2015 (2) dt.18-08-2015 2/2 footing. The petitioner is in jail since 20.05.2014. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in Dumaria P.S.
